Newport has made good progress on two major tasks recently:

1)  The FDA has approved ANC Biotechs plans for a bio technical facility in Newport!  This decision has been long awaited.  Bill Stenger will be putting plans before the Newport City Council within a few days and expects to have all funding in place by July.  Read More here

2)  NVDA has submitted plans for the NEK to be considered as part of a foreign trade zone which would promote companies to locate or co locate in our area.  Read More here.

Century 21 Farm & Forest Realty Agents & Staff

Century 21 Farm & Forest Realty was named the number Two Office in the State of Vermont.  We have some big competition some of which operate in areas of the state where the average sales price is much higher.  Not bad for a firm in the NEK!  Congrats to our team.  We are proud of all of your efforts!
